Johnson Development Associates is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Industrial Division's growing operating portfolio, owning day-to-day asset management across operating properties including lease management, CapEx planning, budgeting, and 3PM oversight—working closely with division leaders.

The role will coordinate operational activities across investment modeling, reporting, forecasting, construction, and asset management; manage relationships with third-party property managers;

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, or a related operations role; industrial/commercial property experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with operational activities across all aspects of the Industrial division, including investment modeling, reporting, forecasting, construction, and asset management.
• Serve as the primary operations point of contact for dedicated subset operating portfolio.
• Support lease management, budgeting, and capital planning across the portfolio.
• Manage relationships with local third-party property managers (3PMs), from onboarding through ongoing oversight.
• Coordinate day-to-day financial and operational activity for the portfolio.
• Conduct site visits and support due diligence for portfolio transactions as needed.
• Prepare recurring division reporting.
• Assist with other operating property matters and asset management initiatives as they arise.
• Support broader Industrial Division operations.
