The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of customer service and admin experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a bonus.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Input documentation for vendor and internal work orders before updating status.
• Assign work orders to technicians/vendors based on skills and capacity.
• Monitor daily open work orders for data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide feedback to leadership on recurring discrepancies.
