Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to manage work order transactions, ensure data accuracy, and support onsite teams with process improvements. You will act as a liaison between regional leadership and on-site staff, driving adherence to policies and efficient service center operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonus.
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving, project management and organizational skills.
• Work Order Management system training and Work Gatekeeper compliance training.
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies for accuracy.
• Input and verify documentation for vendor and internal work orders.
• Assign work orders to technicians/vendors based on skills.
• Monitor technicians to ensure full-day scheduling.
• Conduct daily reviews of open work orders for data accuracy and status.
• Provide feedback on discrepancies to leadership.
• Assist with purchasing and approvals for vendor work orders.
• Train onsite teams on work order policies and system processes.
• Support policy adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve knowledge sharing and policy adherence.
