Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities in the United States is hiring a Service Center Coordinator to ensure work order compliance, coordinate entries, approvals and escalations, and maintain data integrity in Yardi.

You will train onsite teams, provide QA, and act as a liaison between regional leadership and operations to improve efficiency and adhere to policies; this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience
• Relevant industry and leadership experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Input all required documentation for vendor and internal work orders prior to updating to Tech Completed Status.
• Assist in assigning work orders to Maintenance Technicians/Vendors in accordance with skills/abilities/specialties.
• Monitor that each technician is scheduled with a full day of work.
• Conduct daily reviews of open work orders to verify data accuracy, status updates, and policy compliance.
• Train onsite teams on work order management policies and data accuracy.
