Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to ensure work order accuracy and data integrity across onsite teams. The role supports technicians, vendors, and leadership with detailed coordination, training, and process improvements.

The position emphasizes effective communication, adherence to policies, and efficient management of work orders in a dynamic residential housing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate work orders with Maintenance Technicians/Vendors.
• Monitor technician schedules to ensure a full day of work.
• Input and verify purchase orders prior to repairs.
• Provide feedback on discrepancies to leadership.
• Train onsite teams on work order policies and data processing.
• Communicate with regional leadership to ensure policy adherence.
