This remote role offers part-time or full-time hours, comprehensive onboarding, coaching on products, suppliers, and sales-driven planning, and a collaborative team culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus; training provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client’s budget and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and close the sale.
• Resolve payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, and other inquiries promptly.
• Add insider value with local experiences, hidden gems, and timely deals for memorable trips.
• Maintain client relationships from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-ups.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
