Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will pair destination knowledge with a consultative sales approach to design custom trips for solo travelers, groups, destination weddings, or family getaways.

You will craft plans, present tailored options, close sales, resolve questions, and provide ongoing post-trip support with insider tips and timely deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills; comfortable guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Willingness to learn new tools; CRM, booking engines, analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.

What You Bring

• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
