You will design custom trips, pair destination expertise with a consultative sales approach, and guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations—whether it’s a solo escape, group getaway, destination wedding, or family travel.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus but not required; training provided.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Fast learner with new tools and platforms (CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Reach out to clients to uncover needs, present options, and close sales.
• Handle questions on payments, changes, and add-ons promptly.
• Share insider knowledge to enhance trips with local experiences and deals.
• Manage the client journey from planning to post-trip follow-up.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
