Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage work orders in AiM daily.
• Review after-hours on-call reports and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate with building service staff, maintenance, and trades.
• Attach police reports to vandalism-related work orders.
• Act as backup for the Work Control Manager.
• Assist in fleet scheduling and vehicle inspections.
