Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Word and PDF in professional settings.
• Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Master’s, PhD, or JD in a related field (e.g., law, healthcare, academia, public policy, finance).
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit Word and PDF documents to industry and client standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large files.
• Create, edit, and fill dynamic Word/PDF forms and templates.
• Extract and consolidate data from Word and PDF documents accurately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver confidential document solutions.
• Implement document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Train stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features and best practices.
