The ideal candidate has 3+ years of advanced Word/PDF experience, strong communication, and a track record supporting complex, regulated environments. This remote role supports global teams and flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Word and PDF in professional settings.
• Advanced proficiency in formatting, tracked changes, reviews and markup.
• Excellent communication with high attention to detail.
• Master’s, PhD, or JD in a related field (law, healthcare, academia, public policy, finance).
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 or similarly regulated environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and format Word and PDF documents to standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large files.
• Create, edit, fill dynamic forms and templates for diverse needs.
• Extract and consolidate data from Word/PDF with precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely, confidential solutions.
• Enforce document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features.
