St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Texas seeks a Women's Services Float Pool Registered Nurse to assess patients, build care plans and deliver care with an interdisciplinary team.

You will manage med administration, post-operative care, and patient education, while supporting discharge planning and safety. The role requires neonatal resuscitation readiness within 30 days, RN licensure, and 2+ years of nursing experience, plus ACLS/BCLS credentials within 30 days.

Formación

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 2 years minimum required experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active RN license and appropriate nursing degree.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and revise plan of care; evaluate effectiveness of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per policy.
• Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff following standards of practice.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education.
• Support discharge planning in coordination with the care team.
