You will manage medications, support perioperative care, and contribute to discharge planning. The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree/diploma, and certifications (ACLS/BLS/Neonatal Resuscitation) within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and revise plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital policy.
• Delegate to non-licensed staff per standards of practice.
• Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care.
• Provide patient and family education on care and treatments.
• Support discharge planning with the care team.
