Responsibilities
Formulate and evaluate patient care plans.
Consult with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
Administer medications per hospital policy.
Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff.
Provide pre- and post-operative care.
Educate patients and families about care and treatments.
Collaborate on discharge plans.
