• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic arithmetic skills for invoicing and portioning.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitary kitchen procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a smile and assist across store needs.
• Prepare woks, heat, and oil for cooking; manage hot and cold foods.
• Cook soups and meats, prepare vegetables and sauces with spices.
• Stock hot and cold cases and refill during shift.
• Prepare items for the next day and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
• Assist with ordering product and supplies when needed.
• Take customer orders at the Hy-Chi counter and provide friendly service.
