Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an RN - Wound Ostomy for a per diem, part-time day-shift role, weekdays and weekends. The WOCN Coordinator collaborates with Nursing Directors, physicians, and units to coordinate the WOCN outpatient clinic and inpatient nursing teams.

The role includes triaging consults, directing daily patient flow, supporting the WOCN team and other disciplines, and contributing to program development and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN licensure.
• Current Oregon RN license.
• WOCN certification required.
• 5+ years as a WOC nurse in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate WOCN outpatient clinic and inpatient units.
• Triages patient consults and directs daily patient flow.
• Provide support to WOCN team and other disciplines.
• Assist in program development, education, and outcomes.
