Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a per diem part-time RN specialized in WOCN to coordinate the outpatient clinic and inpatient nursing units. You will triage consults, guide daily assignments, and act as a resource across wound/ostomy care teams, supporting program development and outcomes.

In collaboration with Nursing Directors, Referring Physicians, and Nursing Units, the individual in the position is responsible for the coordination of WOCN outpatient clinic and Providence Portland Medical Center inpatient nursing units. The position will assist WOCN team in triaging patient consults, collaborate on the daily patient assignments and follow up, and be of assistance in complex cases. This position will direct the daily patient flow of the WOCN nurses and will provide support for and serve as a resource to the WOCN team members as well as members of other disciplines involved with wound/ostomy care. The Coordinator assists in the development and performance of specialty services, educational activities, program evaluation, and outcomes.
