Qualifications

• Requires RN with WOCN expertise and strong clinical coordination skills.
• Must have Oregon RN license and BLS certification at hire.
• WOCN certification required with 5 years of acute care experience.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate WOCN outpatient clinic and inpatient units.
• Triage patient consults and assign daily tasks.
• Support WOCN team and other disciplines in wound/ostomy care.
• Lead daily patient flow and serve as resource to team.
• Contribute to program evaluation and outcomes.
