Job summary

CVS Health's Supply Chain is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. This role owns the end-to-end success of WMS initiatives, guiding design, configuration, testing, training and deployment to ensure readiness and adoption by DC leaders and associates.

• Experience with large-scale technology deployments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to objectives.
• Chair central governance forums and establish decision frameworks.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, training, change management, deployment.
• Own cutover decisions with executives, site leadership and PMO.
• Standardize designs, processes, and SOPs across sites.
• Capture lessons learned and reusable assets.
