Job summary

NFI is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver training programs enabling warehouse teams to efficiently use the Warehouse Management System. You will develop materials, schedule sessions, and support go-live activities to ensure proper system adoption and adherence to processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse operations or WMS training experience, strong facilitation skills, and up to 75% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with ADDIE and LMS tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, adult learning experience or similar degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, or supply chain systems training.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory).
• Intermediate facilitation skills in classroom and virtual environments.
• Experience delivering instructor-led or operational training.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and e-learning development tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training schedules for WMS implementations and system enhancements.
• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training for operators, supervisors, and super users.
• Coordinate training sessions with site leadership and project teams.
• Create and maintain user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
• Develop role-based training materials for different warehouse functions.
