Job summary

World Market is seeking an on-site WMS Trainer in Stockton, CA to prepare associates for Körber WMS adoption, delivering thorough classroom and hands-on training across multiple operational areas. The role ensures readiness during go-live and helps transition from legacy systems.

Responsibilities include leading Train-the-Trainer sessions, reinforcing SOPs, and serving as Tier1 support for on-the-spot navigation issues. Strong DC experience and adaptability to peak periods are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Ability to coach associates with varying experience levels.
• Willingness to work across shifts during go-live and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on floor training across all operational areas.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to build internal capability.
• Reinforce SOPs and route questions to SMEs for complex topics.
• Use approved training materials and job aids consistently.
• Confirm associate readiness on hardware like TC52 devices and mobile printers.
• Provide go-live floor support and just-in-time refreshers.
