Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an instructional/coaching focused trainer to support the team on process methods and standard work. This role drives training programs and provides feedback to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include delivering Training Within Industry (TWI), coaching hourly leaders, auditing training methods, and coordinating with CI Training Supervisor and Operations to meet company goals and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 3+ years forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes.
• Complete training/evaluation paperwork, audit training methods and job breakdown sheets.
• Coordinate training and other initiatives with CI Training Supervisor and Operations.
• Deliver training programs (e.g. TWI) to employees and observe/provide feedback on progress.
• Coach and support hourly leaders (train the trainer sessions).
• Support safety, quality and productivity initiatives.
