Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple business systems (WMS, ERP).
• Ability to explain systems to non-technical users.
• Patient, approachable coaching on the floor.
• Reliable and self-directed; able to move between shifts and locations.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse staff on WMS workflows (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, counts).
• Train staff on NetSuite functions relevant to their role.
• Train staff on other IT systems, tools, and devices used across operations.
• Ride along with operators to confirm correct system use and coach in real time.
• Document patterns and report to IT & DC leadership to drive improvements.
• Create training materials, quick references, and short how-to videos.
• Support go-lives for new systems and features on the floor.
• Answer day-to-day system questions and track training completion.
• Document process failures and root causes and report for corrective action.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and change management for updates.
• Support process improvements through better system use.
