Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Technical Trainer to plan and deliver training programs for Warehouse Management System usage. You will develop materials, schedule sessions, and support go‑live activities across multiple warehouse sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations or WMS training, with strong facilitation and ADDIE‑based instructional design skills. Travel up to 75% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in adult learning or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, or supply chain systems training.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory).
• Demonstrates intermediate facilitation skills in classroom and virtual environments.
• Experience delivering instructor‑led or operational training.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and e‑learning development software; familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training programs for WMS implementations and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
• Provide go-live training support and on‑the‑floor coaching during initial adoption.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to WMS processes and scanning procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and implementation teams to align training with system configuration.
