Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation Design Lead I to serve as the technical resource on multiple projects, supporting analysts in developing technical requirements, testing, configuration, and readiness of the WMS system.

The role emphasizes designing WMS configurations, collaborating with stakeholders to define specifications, and ensuring project standardization while traveling 40–70% nationally to coordinate with broader teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or 4+ years in IT with design background.
• WMS implementations experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-70% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal technical leader on setup/design phases for WMS implementations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate the WMS with existing business processes and infrastructure.
• Develop and publish work processes and SOPs with DHL and the client; participate in SIPOC, SIT, UAT.
• Facilitate training for all levels of associates, customers, and business partners.
