Job summary

World Market is seeking a WMS Trainer to prepare Stockton CA DC associates for Körber WMS, replacing Manhattan/PKMS. You will deliver classroom and floor training across TTT, SME, and End User Training audiences, reinforce SOPs on the floor during go-live, and help associates build new system habits.

Initial focus on go-live readiness, with transition to a Process Trainer role within a department as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of distribution center operations; DC experience preferred.
• Comfortable using RF/TC52 devices, mobile printers, and WMS interfaces.
• Clear, patient communication; able to coach associates of varying experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on floor training across operational areas.
• Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to build internal capability.
• Reinforce SOPs and escalate to SMEs for new or complex system questions.
• Ensure readiness on hardware including TC52 RF devices and mobile printers.
• Provide floor coaching and just-in-time refreshers during go-live.
