Job summary

HelloFresh Derby, UK-based Global WMS Technology team is seeking a WMS support analyst to maintain and enhance Infios Warehouse Advantage and Dematic Matflo. You will serve as a super user, configure settings, train end-users, and help document SOPs, while coordinating with global partners.

Requirements include 1+ years of WMS support experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• WMS support experience in RF-based distribution, manufacturing or ecommerce fulfillment.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Sheets, data gathering and report creation.
• Fluency in English and strong communication with global teams.
• Operational mindset with ability to improve workflows.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Infios Warehouse Advantage and DAI/Matflo WMS for assigned facilities.
• Act as super user and level one support for end-users on system issues.
• Configure system settings per operations direction; assist in SOPs.
• Manage user profiles and security; help with design of enhancements.
• Coordinate QC, integration and UAT testing with global colleagues.
• Work with global WMS teams on troubleshooting and changes to integrations.
