Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Manager, Fulfillment Technology to lead a regional WMS support and services team across North America. The role centers on the Infios (Koerber/HighJump) WMS platform, driving incident management, product testing, and rollout activations.

Hybrid options exist, but the role is based in one of HelloFresh’s fulfillment centers with travel up to 20%. You will mentor analysts across multiple centers, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive KPI/SLAs while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a 24x7 support/Services environment.
• Strong background in WMS or supply chain tech is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident and problem management for North America WMS platform.
• Oversee scheduling and 24x7 coverage across time zones.
• Coordinate with 3rd party providers and product/engineering teams.
• Introduce AI tooling to streamline onboarding and support.
• Roll out new WMS implementations and release activations.
• Generate reports to improve visibility and performance.
