Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a WMS Analyst to join the Global Warehouse Technology team. The role focuses on ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Infios/KӦRBER HighJump ONE in a fast‑paced, onsite warehouse environment in Texas.

Overnight shifts (Wed–Sat) support 24/7 operations, with travel to HelloFresh facilities as needed. Key tasks include end‑user support, system configuration, SOP documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, quality, and automation teams.

Qualifications

• Interest to learn and support a WMS in RF-based, automation-enabled e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to adjust to weekend/odd hours for 24/7 operations.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to HelloFresh facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS application for HelloFresh facilities, acting as super user and first‑line support.
• Configure system settings per operations direction and maintain SOPs.
• Assist in end‑user training and security/profile management.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners on enhancements and testing.

Job Description

Reporting into a regional fulfillment technology lead analyst or manager, this entry‑to‑earlier career leveled position will drive the continued implementation and ongoing maintenance/support of our strategic warehouse management system Infios formally known as KӦRBER (HighJump ONE platform).

You will …

• Support all areas of the warehouse management system (WMS) application for our HelloFresh brand facilities, including:
  • Acting as super user and level one support for the warehouse end‑user community in supporting any technical or functional issues
  • Managing system configuration based on operations team direction
  • Facilitating end‑user training where needed and assisting in System Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation
  • Overseeing user menu profile and security setup for the application based on operations functional roles
  • Participating in requirements definition and technical design of any HelloFresh‑driven product enhancements to the application with the vendor or consulting partners
  • Coordinating and executing required testing activities in support of the application with colleagues in other geographies
  • Working with other fulfillment technology colleagues to troubleshoot or manage changes to WMS integrations with other platforms
• Represent the Fulfillment Technology team with cross‑functional initiatives, working with colleagues in operations, quality, automation, procurement, or upstream enterprise technology
  • Understanding all available fulfillment technology team reporting tools and creating reports that enable improved operational visibility and performance
  • Helping maintain the deployment, support and service coordination for associated hardware devices such as RF scanners, tablets and workstations
  • Coordinating with a regional infrastructure manager to support local network services as needed

At a minimum you have …

• Interest and aptitude to learn and support a WMS in an RF‑based, automation‑enabled e‑com fulfillment environment (any direct experience with Infios/KӦRBER HighJump ONE WMS is a plus)
• Intermediate to high proficiency in SQL and working with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering (preferred but not required)
• The willingness and flexibility to adjust to alternate work hours, including weekends and occasional on‑call support, as required to support a 24/7 warehouse and production operation
• The willingness and ability to travel to different HelloFresh facilities as needed in support of projects or platform rollouts or to collaborate with peers (20‑30% travel)
• Ability to travel to the US for support without needing sponsorship assistance for travel
