Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a senior WMS operations leader to oversee NA WMS support across a multi-site fulfillment network. You will manage incident handling, 24/7 coverage planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering to drive releases.

Based in one of HelloFresh’s key fulfillment centers, you will mentor analysts, optimize reporting, and help deploy AI-assisted support tools to improve efficiency and service levels within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution/manufacturing/e-commerce fulfillment.
• 3+ years directly managing analysts in a support or services function.
• Experience owning support KPIs / SLAs and applying ITIL-aligned practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end incident and problem management for North America WMS platform.
• Lead scheduling and on-call coverage across time zones.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers for escalated support needs.
• Drive QC and integration testing cycles with product and engineering leadership.
• Guide deployment and validation of new WMS releases and activations.
• Introduce AI tooling to streamline onboarding and deflect routine requests.
