Job summary

The role involves installing, maintaining, and updating computer systems, analyzing problems, and ensuring availability for users. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, operations, and project teams to store, organize, and present data, generate regular reports, and train staff on updated SOPs and WMS tools.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer-related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• End‑to‑end understanding of BI environments and data handling (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary support for the client's systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support requests by location and resource.
• Collaborates with IT to resolve complex issues and coordinate data storage/analysis.
• Tests and coordinates system modifications; ensures site computer systems and networks function properly.
• Maintains communication with corporate IT and operations; trains users on SOPs and WMS.
• On‑call availability outside normal hours to resolve system failures.
