Job summary

DSV is seeking a System Specialist, WMS Superuser to ensure reliable data flow and system performance in our warehouse environments. You will install, maintain, and support the WMS/Red Prairie and related networked systems, and generate regular operational reports.

You should have 3–5 years of experience with BI data, end-to-end system understanding, and strong IT problem-solving skills. On-call work and collaboration with IT and operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job related/relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.
• End to end understanding of BI and components to run a BI environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location.
• Engages expert resources when complex support issues arise outside WMS-Red Prairie and/or SAP.
• Works with project teams to implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems.
• Maintains system efficiency and asset maintenance; coordinates modifications and troubleshooting.
