Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth, USA, seeks a System Specialist, WMS Superuser to ensure efficient information transmission and robust data management across networks and databases.

You will install, maintain, and support the facilities computer systems, and analyze performance while coordinating with IT to optimize data usage. The role requires collaboration, training of staff, and generation of routine reports.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job related/relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• End-to-end understanding of BI environment and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT system support for the user community.
• Maintain and update WMS-Red Prairie and related systems.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for support requests by location.
• Escalate complex issues to IT specialists and coordinate resolutions.
• Train associates on updated SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS, and RF guns.
• Produce regular daily, weekly and monthly reports.
