Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a WMS Systems Specialist to serve as SME for warehouse management configuration, operation, and on-site Level 1 support at our USA facility in Lockbourne, OH. You will liaise with operations and IT to optimize processes and troubleshoot WMS issues.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, solid interpersonal and analytical skills, and experience with MS Office and WMS systems. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure WMS to meet business processes.
• Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot WMS issues.
• Liaise between customer, operations and IT to ensure smooth WMS operation.
• Document WMS issues with steps to recreate and communicate changes.
