Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a WMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be the on-site Level 1 support for WMS configurations and operations in the USA, Lockbourne, OH. You will serve as the liaison between customer, operations and Contract Logistics IT, ensuring processes align with SOPs.

The role requires a solid background in WMS, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to document issues clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Knowledge of MS Office systems required.
• Warehouse Management System experience required.

Responsibilities

• Configure WMS to meet business processes and requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact between customer, operations and Contract Logistics IT.
• Provide level 1 support and escalate to IT as needed.
• Document WMS issues and steps to recreate for escalation.
• Assist training of new hires on WMS and participate in cross-functional projects.
