Job summary

DSV is seeking a System Specialist, Mesa to act as the WMS Super User, ensuring efficient data transmission, storage, and analysis across networks and databases. The role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting facilities computer systems and performing system updates as needed.

You will gather data to evaluate system performance, identify user needs, and determine requirements. Some after-hours on-call support may be required to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer-related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related/relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client's systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
• Engages appropriate expert resources when complex issues arise outside WMS-Red Prairie and SAP applications.
• Collaborates with project teams to implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems.
• Ensures procedures exist at all sites to guarantee client service, productivity, and equipment maintenance.
• Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
