Qualifications

• Five to seven years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, work instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft 365 software and various other office equipment.
• Experience with JSON, SQL, and XML.
• US citizenship required due to federal contract work.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite technical support of Premier’s warehouse management systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoots, maintains, resolves issues, and monitors mission critical systems.
• Works with business users, software developers, system administrators and other IT Technicians to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Configures and maintains WMS systems; ensures data backup and security.
• Performs disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing.
