Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced WMS Specialist in Coppell, TX. You will be the primary technical owner and SME for the Mantis Warehouse Management System, coordinating between IT, warehouse operations, and software development to keep warehouses stable and operations running smoothly.

The role requires 5+ years supporting a WMS, direct collaboration with warehouse teams, and strong SQL and data-flow knowledge, including XML.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience administering a major WMS platform: Manhattan Associates
• Experience working directly with warehouse operations teams. SQL expectations light to moderate SQL.
• Ability to query databases for root-cause analysis.
• Investigate data and transaction failures.
• XML / Data Flow Knowledge
