Job summary

TikTok seeks a Senior WMS/DCS Solutions Architect to design, rollout, and optimize warehouse systems across its fulfillment network. You will lead implementations for WMS and DCS, drive readiness, UAT, and on-site training for warehouse operations teams.

Collaborating with Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into scalable platform capabilities, analyze data to uncover improvements, and push cost-efficient, higher-quality processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain systems, logistics tech, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of WMS and warehouse operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, rollout, and optimization of WMS and DCS across regions.
• Drive site launches with system implementation, readiness, UAT, and on-site training.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide frontline support, identify issues, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
• Leverage data and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Translate operational needs into scalable platform capabilities usable across markets.
