Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product Manager to own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS) for our global e‑commerce fulfillment network. You will lead end‑to‑end product development across inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and sortation operations, driving efficiency and cost improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain to define roadmaps, scale warehouse automation, and deliver new center launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of product management in warehouse/logistics tech.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and fulfillment operations, with experience in Inbound/Outbound/Inventory.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, AMR/AGV) and integration with WMS.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable product solutions and lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and design of WMS and DCS for global e‑commerce centers.
• Own end‑to‑end development for core warehouse operations to improve efficiency and cost.
• Drive automation by integrating with ASRS, AMR/AGV, conveyors, sorters, and WES.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data teams on roadmaps.
• Use data to identify pain points and build reusable platform capabilities.
