Job summary

TikTok is seeking a high-caliber Cross-Border Logistics leader to plan and optimize overseas warehouse networks supporting our global e-commerce growth. This role blends logistics strategy, data-driven analysis, and automation to build high-performing warehouses that scale worldwide.

You will oversee construction and go-live of overseas automated warehouses, install and commission equipment, and drive system/process improvements for reliable cross-border fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Automation or related fields with excellent oral English and communication skills.
• Working experience in leading automated equipment companies in the industry.
• At least 3 experiences in the implementation, go-live, and operation of large-scale automated e-commerce projects.
• Deep understanding of the principles and business applications of automated equipment and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct overseas automated warehouses, including installation and acceptance of shelving and equipment.
• Install, commission, and go-live automated equipment (CTU, packaging machines, sorting machines, Put-to-light walls).
• Go-live of automated operations, optimize systems and processes, and enhance human-machine collaboration.
• Maintenance, upkeep, and regular inspections of automated equipment to ensure stable operation.
