Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Warehouse Systems leader to own the design, rollout, and ongoing optimization of WMS and DCS across our fulfillment network in the United States. You will partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions and drive adoption at multiple sites.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end site readiness, including training and UAT to ensure operational excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain systems, logistics technology, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making; strong cross-functional project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design, rollout, and optimization of WMS and DCS across multiple regions.
• Drive successful site launches with implementation, readiness, UAT, and on-site training for warehouse ops teams.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions and adoption.
• Provide frontline ops support by identifying issues, analyzing data, and driving improvements in system functionality and processes.
• Leverage data to identify optimization opportunities and improve warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Translate operational needs into scalable platform capabilities used across markets.
