Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to lead and optimize our warehouse management systems across the network. You will oversee WMS, TMS, and PKGS configurations, work with the warehouse team to drive efficiency, and partner with IT and operations to deliver improvements across inventory, data integrity, and system reliability.

The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience.
• 4+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration, this includes setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance to ensure that the system is properly maintained and updated. This includes identifying and resolving system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring that the system is functioning as expected.
• User Training on how to properly use the system. This includes creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.
• Data Analysis from the system to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
• System Integration with other systems, such as ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management systems, to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Technical Support for the DHL site team and customer, as well as develop and execute test and project plans.
