Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager in Seattle to design and implement logistics operating processes that support reliable transportation, warehouse handoffs, and downstream delivery coordination in the North American market.

You will integrate carrier and service-provider capabilities, establish SOPs, dashboards, and SLAs, and drive end-to-end cost optimization while improving service quality and the merchant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or e-Commerce logistics.
• Experience with North American transportation operations, consolidated shipping, or linehaul.
• Strong understanding of carrier operations, SLA design, and cost drivers.
• Ability to translate business needs into SOPs, SLA mechanisms, and provider-management routines.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics operating processes for NA transport and warehouse handoffs.
• Integrate multiple service providers to design a suitable logistics product for TikTok merchants.
• Establish SOPs, process maps, escalation paths, and dashboards for each logistics stage.
• Design, monitor, and refine SLAs across pickup, linehaul, docs, and delivery steps.
• Manage carriers, brokers, warehouses, and other vendors; drive performance reviews and improvements.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure and optimize service quality at each stage.
• Continuously reduce operating cost while improving service and merchant experience.
• Monitor performance and cost-to-serve, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Work with customs/trade compliance to align with regulatory requirements.
