Lead a team of General Managers and Optometrists, manage onboarding, staffing, and performance, and partner with HR and corporate for growth initiatives in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; works in fast-paced environments.

• Drive sales, gross margin and EBITDA across multiple centers.
• Lead onboarding and training for General Managers and Optometrists.
• Oversee regional budgeting and expense control to plan.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate staffing, performance management, and employee relations.
