Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple centers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure high-quality patient experiences across the region. You will lead staffing, training, and operational policy adherence while building a strong team and regional growth plan.

The role requires experience in multi-unit retail management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel to centers within the region and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in fast-changing environments.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, gross margin and EBITDA by implementing center strategies.
• Conduct quality center visits to ensure service standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff at all levels.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding and training for leaders in the region.
• Manage center operations guidelines and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, state/fed rules).
• Monitor regional performance and stay informed on competition.
• Travel as needed to support company objectives.
