Shopko Optical is seeking a regional leader to oversee multiple centers in a geographic region. You will drive sales, profitability, and patient experience, aligning with corporate direction and ensuring operational excellence across centers.

You will lead onboarding and development of general managers and optometrists, manage staffing and compliance, and partner with human resources to build a strong bench. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of multi-unit retail management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast change.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, profit, and service performance of multiple centers in a geographic region.
• Develop and execute strategies consistent with corporate direction to drive business.
• Manage and be accountable for the region’s centers including staffing, training, policy adherence, and patient/customer experience.
• Lead onboarding and development of General Managers and Optometrists; ensure training is completed.
• Oversee financial operations of the region by driving sales and managing expenses to plan.
• Ensure centers follow applicable Federal and State laws including HIPAA and vision plan regulations.
