Job summary

Shopko Optical seeks a regional leadership figure to oversee multiple centers, driving sales, profitability and patient experience. You will implement corporate strategies, manage staffing and training, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state laws to sustain growth across the region.

You will coach leaders, monitor performance, and collaborate with HR to address staffing and operational needs. This role requires travel within the region and a history of impactful retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Strong planning, analytics, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service and profitability across multiple centers in a region.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate direction.
• Staffing, training, policy adherence and customer experience.
• Lead onboarding for leaders and drive bench strength within the region.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, laws and safety standards.
