Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance of multiple optical centers across a defined geographic region. You will lead strategies to drive sales, optimize profitability, and enhance patient care, while ensuring compliance and strong customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include staff development, operational oversight, and collaboration with corporate partners to implement growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profit, and service performance across multiple centers.
• Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate direction.
• Oversee staffing, training, policy adherence, compliance, and patient/customer experience.
• Provide coaching and development for General Managers and Optometrists.
