Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to supervise multiple centers across a geographic region. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer experience while ensuring staffing, policy adherence, and optometric relations align with corporate goals.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit retail management, strong leadership, and excellence in planning and communication. You will lead a diverse team and partner with HR to strengthen bench strength and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, gross margin and EBITDA across centers.
• Lead onboarding and development of General Managers and Optometrists.
• Oversee regional operations, staffing, policy adherence and patient/customer experience.
• Monitor financial performance and manage expenses to plan.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulations and safety standards.
